Our team is working hard to keep our facilities clean however White House Glamping cannot be held responsible for the transmission of coronavirus during your stay. By placing a booking with us you agree to these terms and agree to act with responsibility and respect of the coronavirus restrictions that are in place at our site.

Parking space for up to 2 cars per glamping unit. If youd like more space – let us know and we will arrange it.

The site is located on a working farm and as such there may be the sound of tractors and milking parlours occasionally. But we think this just adds to the experience.

Arrivals and departuresNo refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended within 60 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs are permitted on site.

Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the managements attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Youll need an Environment Agency rod licence (youll need to apply for this beforehand) if you wish to fish on the river.

Hired accommodation
Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of £50.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

The site is on a working farm. Guests are not permitted to go off the designated glamping site without permission and will act in a responsible manner at all times.

The farm has a river which guests are permitted to access but shall not swim in. They shall act with courtesy and respect for any other guests and fishermen that are there.

Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
