Meet our Tipis

I’m Bramley. I’m Russet. I’m Rosie. I’m Porter. I’m Pippin. I’m Melrose.

Our 6 luxury tipis are tucked away in the apple orchard, providing ultimate privacy with a cosy interior and outdoor eating and relaxation area, where you can layout breakfast bits of locally sourced produce.

We have 2 sizes of tipi – ‘Regular’ and ‘Large’. The regular has room for 4 people and the large, room for 5. The large have a very comfy king-sized bed, plus 3 singles and the regular have a double bed, plus 2 singles.

Bed linen

Comfortable beds and pillows: King size bed + Single beds. Bed linen: Sheets, duvet, blankets and towels included.

HANDMADE FURNITURE

Handmade furniture inside and outside your tipi. Beds made with pallets, bed side tables with apple crates and picnic benches.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity with plugs. The tipi is lit with lights and fairy lights at night

HEATER

Indoor heater – Don’t worry it will be warm 🙂. We also provide plenty of cosy blankets.

bbq & fire pit

Private fire pit to roast some complementary marshmallows, cook some meat or enjoy the outdoors at night.

shared facilities

Shared bathroom facilities with showers and toilets, shared kitchen and common seating area with a huge fire fit.

NO WIFI

No wifi and poor mobile service. How relaxing does it sound?

Complimentaries

Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and marshmallows.

COOKING UTENSILS

Cooking Utensils: Cutleries, plates, glasses, mugs, kettle, camping stove with pots and pans.

games

Games for kids: drawing kit, football, treasure hunt games. We also have board games for the big ones too.

Shop

Shop where you can buy logs, kindling and some fresh produce from local producers.

Our Tipis.

Do you know that all our tipis are named after cider apples? The glamping site is located on an apple orchard and that was the inspiration when we needed to name the tipis. If you come to visit us in spring, you will be able to see the trees in blossom. By autumn the apples are fully formed and ready for harvest. Each tipi has it’s own apple tree to cover you from the sun and rain.

1. Bramley

He is our cosy and cute tipi, perfect for couple’s getaway and families up to 5 people. It's the closest to our common areas, has a private garden and a a swing for kids!

2. Russet

He was born in Essex but has travelled the world. With capacity for 5 people. It's perfect for families and friends.

3. Rosie

A West Country girl from Glastonbury with capacity for 5 people. It's perfect for families and friends.

4. Porter

He is a Welshman from Carmarthen with capacity for 5 people. It's perfect for families and friends.

5. Pippin

He is Rosie’s brother, also born in Glastonbury with capacity for 5 people. It's perfect for families and friends.

6. Melrose

She is our newest tipi, a West Country girl with capacity for 5 people. It's perfect for families and friends and the one further from the common areas. Perfect for those who want a bit of privacy.

the orchard

All tipis are adequately spaced from each other amongst the orchard’s apple trees. Enough to give you privacy, but not too far away if you’re booking as a group.

You will also have a private outdoor eating area to have breakfast, BBQ and marshmallows on the fire.

If you are a big group, we also have a communal chill out area in the orchard to share time with your friends or other glampers.

eco glamping

On the farm, we’ve been trying our hardest to become as ‘green” as we can. You’ll find the roofs of our barns covered in solar panels. The heating for our houses is provided by a bio-mass boiler.

Not to mention the acres of woodland and grassland that sequesters carbon all year round. We aim to create a glamping experience that is as low-impact as possible, from recycling your waste from the glamping site to sustainably sourcing the wood poles for the tipi.

  We had the best time staying at White House on Wye Glamping, the facilities were great, clean and accessible. The projector was a great extra and has created lasting memories of us all together sitting outside around the camp fire watching a film. We will definitely be back! We stayed here last summer with our 2 dogs and had the best time!

Lovely area, amazing tipis and incredibly kind people.
