Our vouchers can be used as payment against accommodation in our glamping site at any time and season and are valid for 1 year.

No worries if you have left it to the last minute, we will send you a beautiful online voucher with your personalised message.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I receive a physical voucher?

We will send you a voucher that has the recipients name on it. You can print this off and give it to them as you like.

How do I redeem a voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed by contacting us. Please email us with your preferred dates and we will get this booked for you.

Is there an expiry date on the vouchers?

The glamping gift vouchers must be used within 12 months from the purchase date.

If I have a voucher for one night can I use it on a booking where you have a minimum stay?

We have a minimum stays on some dates , this usually occurs on bank holiday weekends and during the school holidays. If this is the case, all bookings including those made via voucher will need to abide to the minimum night stay.
